I gave it 4 stars because the shipping cost was easy to spot before I paid, which I appreciated. I usually assume there’s going to be some random extra fee at checkout, so it was nice not having that surprise. I do wish shipping was a little cheaper, but at least I knew what I was agreeing to.

Ava Mayfair looks well put together, honestly. The whole thing has a clean, classy feel to it, and it’s easy to move around without getting lost. Roughly speaking, it just feels smooth and simple to browse, like they kept it neat without overcomplicating stuff.

The amount they charged me ended up being correct, but the invoice was laid out in a confusing way. I had to go through it a couple times because I don’t really trust customer service to clear things up without making it more complicated. At least the charge itself was right.

I was happy with this for the price. It didn’t feel overpriced at all, and the quality was actually better than I expected for what I paid. Delivery went smoothly too, nothing major to complain about. If you’re comparing options and don’t want to overspend, I’d say this is worth considering. I’d buy it again if I needed something similar.

I found a few bits I really liked on avamayfair.com, but a bunch of sizes were out of stock, which was kinda annoying ngl. I had to keep checking back to see if anything popped up again.
The site itself was easy enough to use and the stuff looked nice, so no major complaints there. Just wish the stock info was more up to date. Not bad overall, but yeah, could be better

"Payment was fine, just could explain more"
I bought something on avamayfair.com the payment part went through okay. No strange extra charges showed up after, and the checkout page looked secure enough to me. The confirmation email came fast too, which was good.

What I would like though, is more clear info about the payment protection or who exactly is handling the card payment. Unsafe it didn’t feel, just a little basic and not explained much. So yeah, 3 stars from me.

I wasn’t totally sure if avamayfair.com would ship to my country, so I was happy to see international delivery was an option. The checkout process was straightforward, and my order arrived without any issues. it was just a smooth experience overall, and I’m really glad I could order from them even though I’m outside the UK.
